Sun Rising is a film project that my son Jeremie made as part of his studies in cinema at Concordia University in Montreal. The goal of the project was to make a short silent film of 30 seconds. The film was shot on a cold, gray morning in November 2016 in a container yard in Montreal, the perfect spot for the best dramatic effect.
The film features a horrified and bloody young woman who runs barefoot and in light clothing between piles of containers. The woman is played fairly by Sabrina Lagacé, a young student from Quebec City.
